Andrew's Story: In November 2010, Andrew was considering gastric bypass surgery. After many years of failed diets, he was at the end of the road and very frustrated. Andrew read a crazy amount of diet and exercise books. He tried Weight Watchers, Nutri-System, Atkins, The Zone, South Beach, Fit for Life, a cleanse diet, green diet, cabbage diet, a vegetarian diet and the list goes on and on. He lost weight on some of the programs but only to gain it back and then some. In early December 2010, while conducting one of his training seminars in the Maryland area, he was introduced to Take Shape For Life by Health Coach Michele Krause. After an amazing phone call with Dr. Andersen, Andrew recalls 3 questions that he asked him 1) Can you eat every 3 hours? 2) Can you stop exercising for 3 weeks? 3) Can you focus on achieving long term optimal health? Dr. Andersen made a statement that changed Andrew's life. He said, Give me one month! Follow the Take Shape For Life Program, read my Habits of Health Book, my companion book and be coachable?. I am happy to report Andrew did not get gastric bypass surgery and his before and after photo tells the rest of the story. He gave Dr. Andersen one month and continues to achieve the Trilogy of Optimal Health! Andrew and his wife, Gloria, are now Certified Health Coaches and are helping people obtain better health. Their new business with Take Shape For Life is a long awaited answer and a true blessing!
